September 5th I begin!

I've decided to give the Whole30 a try.  I just had my third baby and he has a dairy intolerance-- I'm breastfeeding and this makes my diet difficult.  I'm learning that dairy is in a lot of food items.  In researching dairy-free food, I came across this.  Just what I need and I might even lose some baby weight while I'm at it!!
