Denver Carla
I am starting Whole30 w/ 1 friend who has already done it once, my mother, and my fiancé. My fiancé never eats mayo (really cannot stand it), so we are wondering if there is anyone else out there in the same boat and what you did for the recipes that call for your own homemade mayo or mayo-like condiment? Thanks for any tips - I'm very excited to do this!
janer1114
Hi! I've never tried to substitute something else for mayo, but there is tons to eat without using mayo. You can turn mayo into ranch dressing with coconut milk and spices. It's a little runnier, so not the same consistency. http://whole30.com/2014/10/best-whole30-recipes-sauces-dressings-dips-oh/ http://meljoulwan.com/category/recipes/sauces/ - Mel Joulwan is one of my favorite Whole30 resources. Her ranch dressing is on this link. Enjoy the Whole30
