Hi All - excited to start the #septemberwhole30! Especially for all the social media action there will be.  

This is my second Whole30.  I did one July a year ago and really did change, some, habits...checking labels, cooking, sourcing good veggies and meat...but I've also regained a lot of unhealthy eating habits since then.  

Looking forward to the reset and that first day I realize I'm not craving sugar! Have fun everyone!
