I'm starting to have more energy, and the brain fog of the first week is starting to lift. I'm hoping to feel brilliant by the end of the week. jmcbn Posted September 6, 2016 Share Posted September 6, 2016 Some people never feel the magic, some don't feel it until the final stages & decide to extend, and some feel it from around week three - it very much depends on where you were coming into the program, and whether or not you're just following the rules, or really entering into the spirit of the program and following the recommendations too.
