Stonegrown Posted September 6, 2016 Share Posted September 6, 2016 I did a successful Whole30 last October with my husband. I felt great and it was such a relief to not have food guilt. Unfortunately our timing wasn't well thought out and our reintroduction consisted of eating Thanksgiving dinner the day after we finished. I want to do it properly this time to confirm my suspicions of the ill effects of sugar, gluten, alcohol and dairy on my system. Unfortunately my husband isn't willing to do another Whole30 with me and isn't too supportive in the endeavor so I need to look elsewhere. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I started today and like you, I have no support from friends like the last time I did in - back in August 2015.
