MMeagher2
I work 24-48 hour shifts so sometimes I need a quick snack. I try and limit how many nuts I eat. On busy days where I am worried about how long it will be until I get a chance to eat next I eat a couple handfuls of olives with my meal and then will bring some olives for a quick snack. If I have time I will pair the olives with some veggies or fruit but not always. Are olives a safe go to food or should I watch my intake? Thank you!! Moderators Tom Denham Posted September 7, 2016 Moderators Share Posted September 7, 2016 I doubt you can harm yourself from too many olives, but be careful that you eat enough protein and veggies. If you can eat olives, can't you eat a can of tuna? Olives provide fat and some nutrients, but you need protein.
