Sep 26,  2016 - Monday - Day 22

0700 Meal 1:  fried eggs and bacon

11:30  black coffee and apple slice (first coffee break at work, extremely busy.

04:00  Meal 2:  zoodle zucchini, 2 scrambled eggs - this is what I Packed for lunch at work, but could not get my second break in - too busy)

06:30  Meal 3:  3 chicken drum sticks, date and coleslaw

Sep 28, 2016 - Wednesday -Day 24

0700  Meal 1:  fried egg and bacon, black coffee x 2

12:30  Meal 2:  salmon, halibut, shrimp  coconut soup

05:30   Meal 3:  roast chicken, butternut squash, onion, garlic and apple roasted with ghee

0730:  Snack 1:  date

Today, all day I have had energy - tigers blood.

Sep 29, 2016 - Thursday - Day 25

0700 Meal 1:  bacon and fried egg

1:00  Meal 2:  chicken soup and cut up veggies

05:30:  Meal 3:  salad, taco hamberger and with paleo thousand island dressing

snack 1:  0730:  date

So much energy - tiger blood still pulsating through to me.

Sep 30, 2016 -  Frday - Day 26

0700 Meal 1:  bacon and fried egg

12:20  Meal 2:  chicken soup and cut up veggies

0430:  Snack 1:  Left over salmon and halibut coconut soup

0630:  chicken wings (out)  

Snack 2:  date and apple

AT work today. Start at 0730 and got my first break at 12:30.  Held up well.

At work, people are noticing that I have lost weight. All is good.
