susanleaf Posted October 1, 2016 Author Share Posted October 1, 2016 Sep 30, 2016 - Frday - Day 26 0700 Meal 1: bacon and fried egg 12:20 Meal 2: chicken soup and cut up veggies 0430: Snack 1: Left over salmon and halibut coconut soup 0630: chicken wings (out) Snack 2: date and apple AT work today.
