Day 10 and going strong

It's day 10 for me, and I think my energy levels are starting to stabilize.  Yesterday I noticed an even flow of energy pretty much all day long. I'm hoping eventually, my weird sleep schedule will straighten out--I currently fall asleep around 8 pm, and wake up six hours later wide awake, then eventually (a couple hours later) fall back asleep for an hour or so. I'm trying to limit my coffee intake, but it's hard. Today I will try to stop by twelve.

Yesterday I tried a recipe--the ten minute chili one. It came out well--used organic beef, organic tomatoes.  Also went grocery shopping and stocked up on lots of new stuff, including coconut oil and sauerkraut.

Anyway, we can do this!
