So far so good, except for headaches, which have already diminished.This is my third time doing the whole 30, and my husband's 2nd. We both need the cleansing power of whole30! My system is so sensitive to sugar, and we've had a summer of travel and visitors, and celebrations. All good, except for the slippery slope of red wine, and wonderful cheeses and desserts here and there. We still have some travel this fall, but not for special occasions, so we're thinking this is a good month. Hope there are other September 3rd's out there. Here's to cheering each other on, and learning from each as we reset our systems! I made swiss chard rolls stuffed with ground turkey and veggies last night...came out tasty. If this does get posted, I'm curious if anyone is sensitive to vinegars? I know they are whole30 aprroved, and I've always considered them to be very healthy, but I'm pretty sure they are not agreeing with me at all these days. If it weren't for the elimination of foods on whole 30, I wouldn't have guessed vinegar could be causing me digestive problems. Would love to hear from you...
