SassieM Posted September 9, 2016 Share Posted September 9, 2016 Started again today.. feeling dreadful ... I have been having headaches for the past year almost constantly. Hoping I will get past the usual 10 days.. the sugar is always my biggest challenge premenstrually. I also have an very elevated Lipoprotein (a) and quite a lot of inflammation in my body.. so really keen to see if this will make a difference. Does any one have any experience of lowering this kind of cholesterol? For some reason I can't sleep.. maybe not enough carbs at dinner? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm going to post some of my meals. 1st up Yesterday's breakfast.. I love weekends in Spring... For weekdays I make frittata in muffin cases to take to work as it is too rushed in the mornings.. I get my children sorted, drop them off and then walk to work via my friends cafe, eat my frittata's while having a black chai..and a chat.. A lovely way to start the day.
