susanleaf 10 Posted September 11, 2016 Share Posted September 11, 2016 I want to make my vegetable borscht soup with all compliant whole30 vegetables, however, my original recipe calls for 1 cup of whipping cream. This lightens the borsch to a beautiful gold colour "liquid gold". Any suggestions to substitue. Link to post Share on other sites
