was this ok?

Today was my first day on my whole 30. I wanted to make sure what I ate for dinner was ok.

It felt like a lot of food and a lot of fat.

I had a lettuce salad with green olives, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, sprouts with about a TBS of the vinaigrette from the book.

I then had chicken. Under the chicken I cut up and put a potato and cooked it like that. 

Was all that ok? Was it ok to cook the potato under the chicken? and to have olives and olive oil from the vinaigrette??
