Day 8 and bloated

It's actually pretty normal to still be somewhat bloated at this phase -- check out the timeline for a little more on that.

It could be that there are things you are eating that are compliant, but that aren't working for you. Having too many nuts or seeds (or nut or seed butters) can cause bloating. Raw vegetables are more likely to cause bloating than cooked. Some people are particularly sensitive to cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, or brussel sprouts.  Drinking plenty of water can help too -- aim for 1/2 oz per pound of body weight, so if you weigh 120 lbs, at least 60 oz of water per day.

If you want us to troubleshoot a little more, list a couple of days' worth of what you've eaten, including approximate portion sizes and specific types of vegetables.
