kathleen237 Posted September 14, 2016 Share Posted September 14, 2016 Hello. Today wasn't the best day of my Whole 30. I snacked a lot, and was moody all day long. Meal 1: Salmon, carrots, teaspoon of coconut oil, olives. Snack: two Lara bars(yes, two!!) and a banana Meal 2: Sardines, carrots, teaspoon of coconut oil, olives. Meal 3: Flounder, broccoli, olives. two small tangerines. Tomorrow, Day 17, I'm going to double the size of my meals, stay away from snacking and Lara bars!
