TessaB Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 I do not eat legumes except in the form of hummus rarely. I can't eat beans due to a severe gag reflex when I eat them. Soy is also almost never, peanut butter is a never because I hate it. I'm skipping alcohol because I don't drink. Would it be feasible to skip this intro day as well, or should I still do it even though these are not things in my normal, pre Whole30, diet? You need to be armed with the information about how they affect you so that you can make informed decisions about whether, and how often, you might eat them when you design your future eating plan.
