Day 15: Logging from Now On!

I'm on day 15 and I haven't been logging my meals daily, so I've decided to do it from now until day 30.

Day 15:

Breakfast
Aidells Chicken Sausage, 3 medium golden potatoes, green peppers, olive oil
Coffee with Nutpods

Lunch
Sweet potato soup, contains: sweet potato, onion, golden potatoes, apple, turmeric, cloves, coconut milk, red wine vinegar
1 small apple with almond butter

Pre-Pilates Class Meal
2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 avocado

Dinner
Chili (Whole30 Guide recipe)
