MrsNuggs
What is the opinion on Camel's milk? Is this considered dairy because, well, it comes from an animal's mammary glands, or is it okay because it's really more similar to breast milk as far as lactose tolerance etc.? Moderators ShannonM816 Posted September 21, 2016 Moderators Share Posted September 21, 2016 I don't know that it's ever been specifically mentioned before, but my guess is, it's dairy, just like milk from any other animal.
Crastney
just like how cows milk is perfect for turning a baby cow into an adult cow, camel milk will be perfect for turning a baby camel into a fully grown camel. you are not a camel. laura_juggles
While the Whole30 website only officially lists cow, sheep, and goat milk, I think the intent is that if it's the milk of another animal (even a human if you're not the human who made the milk!), you can't have it. If you could milk a cheetah, you couldn't drink cheetah milk on Whole30. Do not eat dairy. This includes cow, goat or sheep’s milk products such as cream, cheese (hard or soft), kefir, yogurt (even Greek), and sour cream… with the exception of clarified butter or ghee. MeadowLily
Did you want to use it in your coffee? I don't know how you'd go about that. Risky Business.
