Whole30x3

I'm back from vacation where I took a break from everything including Whole30 and I'm ready to kick it again. 

This is my 3rd Whole 30 in 2016.  I'm still waiting for Tiger Blood and weight-loss- both are incredibly elusive. 

 

Day 1 9/29/16

tea

2.5 eggs, kale salad, 1/2 avocado

cashews, 1/2 apple

2 salmon cakes, tartar sauce, 1 cup golden cauliflower soup, roasted veggies, ghee and coconut oil.

This time around, why not experiment with eliminating nuts and having fruit infrequently and only as part of a meal (e.g. grapes in your chicken salad)?
