BarbaraM
I'm going to make a stir fry tomorrow with cauliflower rice, veggies, and beef stew cubes. Any suggestions for something to add to give it that Asian taste? Thanks! Barb
Karen_Suep
I use ginger and garlic. Add some fish sauce for umami and maybe some coconut aminos (very different taste from soy sauce but does well with the ginger and garlic) and if you want kick add some red pepper flakes
Bellmaestra
I agree with the above suggestions. Also, a tiny bit of toasted sesame oil is great (a little goes a long way); a little rice vinegar, some red pepper flakes, and you can even thicken with a little sunflower nut butter. But I wouldn't go out and buy all these things; use what you have. I would see coconut aminos, ginger and garlic as things you'll definitely want in your pantry. Good luck!
