Helene2310
I recently purchased more supplements and when I started Whole30 I noticed my multi vitamin has soybean and canola oil listed in "other ingredients." Are the amounts of those oil in the vitamin potent enough to effect me? Is taking it not permitted for the whole30? Thanks!
Susan W
Just stop taking them. If you eat whole, real\, fantastic foods, you don't need them.
Helene2310
Thank you, but I'm dealing with some autoimmune stuff right now and wanted to keep taking them until the whole30 is done, I'm only on day 5. Does this mean I shouldn't be taking it if it has those oils?

Does this mean I shouldn't be taking it if it has those oils? Ahhh...that is way beyond anything I know of. Sorry. That would have been a good thing to post in your question. Hopefully a moderator will chime in to help you out.
Helene2310
Haha sorry I'm new to this forum thing. But thank you for your responses! I do agree that with eating real whole foods you can eliminate supplements
Susan W
Yes, I have heard over and over again that people have dropped meds. No worries about the forums...we all had to start on day one.
missmary
Helene- If you feel it is important to keep taking a multi, there are multivitamins out there without the oils, etc. Find one and save these for after your whole 30.
