hmg1993 Posted October 5, 2016 Share Posted October 5, 2016 I'm curious if there's anyone out there who is on a W90 or beyond and how they feel about the experience? This is my third W30 -- the first time I didn't do the right reentry and the second time I fell on day 25 to the sugar dragon. Sugar is my major issue as well as emotional stress eating. W30 is the only program that has come close to working for me. I feel calmer, better and, now at Day 90 of my third round, I believe I have a chance of beating those cravings once and for all. For me the right approach going forward may well be to follow Mel Joulwan's style which is eating like this 90% of the time but letting the reins be looser for things like special events or gatherings with friends. I'd urge you to do some sort of reintro process to include any foods you see yourself eating on those special occasions.
