Day 1! TODAY IS THE DAY! October 5th 2016 :) 

breakfast (12:00): 2 eggs + 1/3 c egg whites omelette with 2 slices of paleo&whole30 compliant turkey bacon (no sugar!!), 1/2 avocado; 1/2 large honey crisp apple  

the apple helped me to feel "satisfied" after the meal. What else do people eat if they are feeling "unsatisfied" during the early carb cravings days??
