NO MORE EXCUSES! Starting today/tomorrow (Im still feeling gross from eating so poorly last night that I may not eat much today but still eating clean)! October 5th 2016 breakfast (12:00): 2 eggs + 1/3 c egg whites omelette with 2 slices of paleo&whole30 compliant turkey bacon (no sugar!!), 1/2 avocado; 1/2 large honey crisp apple the apple helped me to feel "satisfied" after the meal.
