I'm hoping this will help me reset my thoughts on eating. I've been a mostly clean eater for awhile now but I've fallen into a bad cycle. I need help being held accountable because I can't get anyone to do this with me!! Lol the no sugar or alcohol scares everyone off. Hoping some of you will help me stay on track! I'll be back soon!
