I'm hoping this will help me reset my thoughts on eating. I've been a mostly clean eater for awhile now but I've fallen into a bad cycle. I need help being held accountable because I can't get anyone to do this with me!! Lol the no sugar or alcohol scares everyone off. Hoping some of you will help me stay on track! I'll be back soon! That's usually where the group threads start, and many will have the start date in the subject line to make it easy to find. This section, the Your Whole30 Log section, tends to be a place for people to record what they've eaten or how they're feeling, and you may not get as many people joining you here.
