Turkey Burgers - I ate these with homemade mayo and avocado, and a side of spinach and Zesty Ginger Dressing from Well Fed 2. So good! Perhaps too much fat for one meal, though? My husband and I could not stop raving! It made 40 meatballs, and we only ate seven. The others are in the freezer waiting their turn.
