Ok, today is day 31!

I made it! I really did change my relationship with food.

I really never thought I would say this but my need to snack is gone and I don't miss sugar at all! I thought this was going to be way harder than it turned out to be. Best food plan I have ever been on by far. I love what I am eating and I am amazed how far I have come. 

I lost 10 lbs!

I am going to do this for another 20 days and reevaluate.
