This is my First Whole 30.  My husband and I started on October 9.

 

Day 1 is complete!

 

Day 2:

Breakfast: Hard boiled eggs, wilted spinach, tea

Lunch: Grilled chicken with red bell pepper and onion, Sweet potato home fries, sliced avocado

SnacK: almonds, dried banana, pumpkin seeds

Dinner: Roasted Chicken, Greenbeans, baked potato
