Started my first Whole30 October 7th

I'm Celeste and this is my first try at a Whole30.  I've put on nearly 20 lbs over the past 2 years, and am hoping this "reset" will help me get on the right track with food.  My whole life (52 yrs) I've had a diet consisting of LOTS of cheese & crackers, bread, chips, anything sweet and sugary, and wine!  So it's been a challenge so far but I'm determined to stick with it and change my relationship with food!  Any advise/encouragement is welcome!!
