Cporte12 Posted October 11, 2016 Share Posted October 11, 2016 Hi all! This is my w30#1restart. Supposed to be the start of week 3 but I fell off course and failed to food prep. I work nights, so my meals are sometimes backwards and seem out of place. Starting weight 214. I am 5'9", female. Here we go! I'm excited to keep a log that may inspire someone else! For day 1, I made zoodles with onion and turkey burger and a guacamole "sauce". I had a Lara bar for "breakfast" at work because I ran out of time before work to eat. I had coffee with a splash of almond milk, and a big plate of sautéed veggies (sweet potato, onion, mushroom, kale, spinach) and two over easy eggs on top! My favorite!
