PatriciaNY
Ok, so I'm totally confused on this subject and any light that any of you wise whole30 guru's can shed on this would be a HUGE help. I'm 3/4 of the way done on my 1st journey with the program and I went to Oliva yesterday to look at ingredients on the balsamic vinegars that I love on my salad, I figure "grape must" must be natural it's from grapes, and I even asked the girl at the counter to google to see if the naturally occuring sulfites in these balsamic vinegars was complaint and she assured me it was after looking it up. PLEASE someone tell me if their compliant or not, because if their not I'm taking them right back! I know I'm probably beating a dead horse here so to speak but I've searched and searched and haven't gotten a complete answer so please HELP!!! Thanking you all in advance I love this forum it's very informative!
jmcbn
Naturally occurring sulphites are fine. Added sulphites are no beuno. Can you upload a pic of the label for clarity?
PatriciaNY
Sorry jmcbn that's a no can do on the upload I should've taken a picture of it with my phone but didn't, but the ingredients were grape must, and naturally occurring sulphites so I'm very glad that's compliant because I bought Cranberry Pear white balsamic and Mission fig balsamic so glad I didn't waste my money lol thank you for setting me straight!!!
