Hi, this is my first time doing Whole30 & started it 10/10/2016. I've done an "altered" version of this before through a different entity but didn't realize what program they took it from. Now I'm ready to try the real thing without the "alterations".  :) I have a very busy lifestyle as a divorced parent of 2 teenagers & I work full time. I workout 5 or 6 days a week & I do want to lose 25 or so pounds. One health benefit I hope to gain is clearer skin! While I'm over 40 (not gonna admit how much over :D) my face thinks it's 17 sometimes! I don't know if there are any accountability groups out there or how that works here but I do find it helpful to be part of an accountability group.

Hello lady's, i just started as well and i am very confuse with the whole 30, i just turn 40 and i have so many issues that have surfaced do to hormones, i been pretty healthy but I'm a skinny fat person although I exercise 3-4 a week my body feels out of wack due to my poor diet, i also feel that support groups will help achieve my goels since my husband doesn't, i feel this program needs a lot of organization and planning in order to see and feel the change, if anyone can give me tips on how to organize my self that would be great.

Hi GPerk!

I also started this Monday and it is my second start since September because I had a break last week due to family birthdays. The break made it very clear how much I need this.....it was 5 days of binge eating.....not good!

I'm open to bounce ideas, as someone expressed it above! :-)

Hi, I also started on the 10th. I am 22 years old. I have suffered with Celiac Disease my whole life, but as of lately have noticed some pain and bloating  in my belly that I cant seem to shake. My husband and I were on a cruise last week, and lets just say, I knew it was coming so I planned to start the Whole 30 when we got back, knowing that my body would need to detox after eating so much while on vacation! :P I work full time and am in school part time. I am very busy, and as such, I have to be organized. I created flexible menus for the whole 30 days of the challenge. In addition, I planned to cook most of my food for the week in advance, so that I could easily pull out what I needed and go. So far I have done well, although I was super craving a milkshake last night, my husband encouraged me to drink water instead. Before I knew it, I survived my first serious and intense craving. I need more accountability and encouragement always. So, I am glad I found yall!
