Hi all,

Doing a Whole30 program with my gym in Oakland, CA - into Day 7 and pleased to say I've had no cheats or slips so far. I can't say that my mood is particularly great right now but hoping that will change.

I eat mostly Paleo but have problems with impulse control (think flawless nutrition day followed by dumpster fire food evening ;)), so hoping that this will curb that and boost me to my next fitness goal!

Hi @cyansix

Are you including at least a fist sized serving of starchy veg daily?

If you'd like to check that you're on the right track please feel free to list out a few days worth of your food intake and we can take a look....

Make sure you're also drinking the recommended half an ounce of water per pound of body weight, as well as salting your food.
