October 11th Start

I have officially started my Whole30!  Can't wait to hit the reset button!  

I know I am a sugar addict . . . I rarely if ever say no to dessert.  Bread, Wine, Cheese . . . you know pretty much all the things we can't have on this plan I love.  The great thing though is I felt at ease looking at the things I could eat and knew this plan would be doable for me.

I decided to slowly take away items rather than going cold turkey so that I could avoid wasting food in my fridge.  Well, that and I really didn't want to not partake during an office event held yesterday.  With that behind me I am ready!

Today was a bit of a challenge because I was feeling the cocktails from the previous evening but I managed to avoid comfort food and stay on plan.  Let's do This!

LOL - I rolled into the w30 with a minor hangover too! It's how you handled it that count - congrats for making good choices and for not falling into bad habits. Have a great day 3!
