 I bought ISWF 2.5 years ago, but I wasn't ready for the Whole30 commitment. I'm finally there.  I want to make mindful food choices. I just got Food Freedom Forever this week.

 

Day 1 went well. I'm going to need to really work on eating within an hour of waking and including a healthy fat in meal 1. 

 

Ready for for the challenge this time.

I'm on day 5. So far so good. I didn't sleep as well last night, but I think that was the 90 pound Labrador retriever in the bed with me.  I'm seeing how mindless eating was a factor. A couple of times this weekend, I've almost grabbed a non compliant food just because it was there. I also need to improve on the meal prep.
