Newbie starting Monday Oct 17

Hello! I am attempting the Whole30 for the very first time, and I'm starting Monday Oct 17. I just started reviewing the book, and decided I should check out the forums for some support. I've tried other meal plans and have not successful completed any. This plan intrigues me the most because it's focused more on health than weight loss. I am lactose intolerant, so I'm no stranger to intestinal issues. I'm most excited to see who I'll become after these 30 days!



ps: please if anyone has tips or advice for the newbie I'd really appreciate it!
