michellepru Posted October 13, 2016 Share Posted October 13, 2016 Hello! I am attempting the Whole30 for the very first time, and I'm starting Monday Oct 17. I just started reviewing the book, and decided I should check out the forums for some support. I've tried other meal plans and have not successful completed any. This plan intrigues me the most because it's focused more on health than weight loss. I am lactose intolerant, so I'm no stranger to intestinal issues.
