Casey Roy Posted October 14, 2016 Share Posted October 14, 2016 I'm starting Whole 30 on Sunday October 23rd! I'm excited and nervous all at the same time! I know it's a ways out but I have a special date planned with my husband that weekend and I don't want to cancel it! I am doing Whole 30 because I have a gluten and dairy intolerance. Right now my body hurts and I am so exhausted all the time! I try to stay away from those foods but sometimes I overlook an ingredient or go out to dinner and order gluten and dairy free and it doesn't come 100% gluten and dairy free. I'm new to Whole30 myself and am planning on starting the 23rd as well and feeling the same thing you're feeling: nervous and excited at the same time! LOL I've had a lot of medical issues myself and am wondering if too have a gluten/dairy intolerance. I hate that you are suffering too. Here's hoping Whole30 is what we both need. I've done a lot of reading on the Whole30 program and I actually started on Monday. I couldn't wait until the 23rd, my body was hurting so bad! So now my husband and I are changing up our date night! If you have Instagram follow Whole30! They have so many ideas for meals! You are going to feel so much better right away! This is my 3rd day and I can already feel a difference! My body feels lighter (I know that sounds crazy) it's the only way I can describe how I feel! I will check my account everyday so write to me if you're struggling and we can be support for each other! WE GOT THIS!! Im also on Instagram under either Casey Roy or Mommacrown.
