My husband is wondering why I am doing this program, as i am a pretty healthy eater in general. BUT I feel like I am off track and need to get my self back on track, the right track. I am 6 m post partum and have lost all of my baby weight, but I know that a few changes in diet can help me feel more comfortable and confident in my own skin. So I am excited to begin this!! While I have lost the baby weight after my 3rd child, it has been a real struggle to get my body back in shape. Even with running, my body is being stubborn. ncoughlin Posted October 16, 2016 Share Posted October 16, 2016 Hi! I am planning on starting tomorrow 10/17. I'm really scared but excited. I'm 2.5 months pp and definitely have not lost all the pregnancy weight but that's not the main reason I'm doing this. I ate like crap most of my pregnancy and have been eating way too much carbs and sugar post part um. I'm really nervous about the tiredness and moodyness that come with changing eating habits so drastically but hopefully I can get past those and feel better. Good luck!!
