start date Oct 16th

Hello-

I am excited to start my whole30 challenge on Oct 16th. My husband is wondering why I am doing this program, as i am a pretty healthy eater in general. BUT I feel like I am off track and need to get my self back on track, the right track. I am 6 m post partum and have lost all of my baby weight, but I know that a few changes in diet can help me feel more comfortable and confident in my own skin. 

 

So I am excited to begin this!!

Hello,

My husband was also wondering why I started...but after one day he really likes the food. I have three girls (7,5 and 18months). While I have lost the baby weight after my 3rd child, it has been a real struggle to get my body back in shape. Even with running, my body is being stubborn. I am really hoping to notice a boost in energy and clarity in my thinking after the Whole30!

Hi!

I am planning on starting tomorrow 10/17. I'm really scared but excited. I'm 2.5 months pp and definitely have not lost all the pregnancy weight but that's not the main reason I'm doing this. I ate like crap most of my pregnancy and have been eating way too much carbs and sugar post part um. I'm really nervous about the tiredness and moodyness that come with changing eating habits so drastically but hopefully I can get past those and feel better.
