Kristen Elaine
I am having a real hard time finding which chain restaurants are compliant with whole30. Any good ones besides chipotle and any steakhouse? Thanks!!!!
purplepadres
No idea on the grilled nuggets, you may check their website to see if they have ingredients available. It's hard to make recommendations, because even chains sometimes have regional variations on their recipes. You're probably going to have to be "that person," and ask all the questions. Staggolee41
Read ALL labels - check websites for ingredients - etc. This is a very critical part of the Whole30. Google is your best friend! If you review the list here for grilled nuggets, they aren't compliant as a result of about a dozen different ingredients you can't have on Whole30: http://www.chick-fil-a.com/Food/Menu-Detail/ChickfilA-Grilled-Nuggets#?details=ingredients Just a note about Chipotle - only a handful of ingredients are compliant. I ate carnitas, pico de gallo, green salsa, red salsa, guacamole, and lettuce, and that's everything that's compliant. Every other meat is cooked with an oil that is not allowed on Whole30. Karen_Suep
I think the only things compliant at cfa are essentially fruit cups and very bare salads. The grilled nuggets aren't compliant
