Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 13, 2012 Moderators Share Posted October 13, 2012 There is a governing authority that can say whether or not something is Whole30-approved, but the paleo community does not recognize a similar central authority, although Mark Sisson is widely respected. That said, you can be sure that Paleolithic men and women were not eating psyllium husks. Moreover, psyllium husks are likely to be unnecessary if you are eating lots of veggies and fruit.
