I'm a 52yo woman and I am looking forward to seeing how Whole30 turns out! I have about 50 pounds to lose, and have been "almost" following LCHF, but not quite succeeding. I think dairy is my slippery slope, that leads to sugar and carbs etc, so clearing ALL of that out for 30 days will give me a chance to see if I'm right.

Here we go!
