Starting Today! (October 17)

Hello all! I'm starting the Whole 30 today and I'm definitely excited to begin! I've been planning and preparing myself for a few weeks because I don't want this to be another failed diet attempt for me. I decided to try the Whole 30 for several reasons: 1) to overcome my unhealthy relationship with food, and 2) to help figure out what foods are making my gut so unhappy. I was treated for an ulcer a year ago and since then, I have struggled with stomach pain, acid reflux, indigestion, nausea, and worsened IBS issues (I was diagnosed with IBS at 19). I have done some reading on the forum and I know that my symptoms may get worse before they get better, but I figure that I really have nothing to lose. 

I'm a single mom of 2, working full time, and in school full time, so I think for me the hardest part of this is going to be meal prep. Any advice about efficient meal prep would be greatly appreciated!
