Well it's been a long 30 days but I did it, down 14 pounds and going strong and feeling strong!!!  I've learned a lot from this Journey and plan on making whole30 a life change for me.  Tomorrow will start my second whole30.....Lovin life and my health the way I feel after completing the 1st whole30....I don't want to go back to sugars, or preservatives and additaves!!! NO WAY I don't want to even entertain going backwards by messing with a sugar demon he's gone and staying gone!!! :D

Wendy W I think the hardest thing was the dairy, I never thought I could drink my coffee black but I did it,  I miss putting cheese in my salad also but I'm going to do the whole30 one more time.  Once your over the hurdle of the sugar demon you should find that you feel a lot better.  I had headaches and was very lethargic feeling,  so this too will pass .  kanmuri this is a life change for me I like the way I feel I definitely have to do my research about reintroduction, but I don't mind saying I'm a little nervous about starting to put things back into my life after coming so far.  I don't think doing another whole30 will hurt I've seen others in the forum do it :)

Congratulations! I'm on my 3rd W30.  I did a second one in Aug/Sept but caved into my sugar dragon/snack dragon right away! I did not do a proper reintroduction and I think that was part of why I slid. If you haven't yet, read Food Freedom Forever! I read it at the beginning of this 3rd round and it made so much sense and has really given me better perspective.  Good luck!  :)

Reintroduction is what im most scared of.  I've never in my life been able to have self control when it comes to treats and nut butters.  It's hard for me to think about reintroducing even if it's just a paleo pancake or cookie.  Anything processed even if home made, I have no self control.  I'm on day 4 of my first whole30 and my main goal is not only to feel better and heal my body but Food Freedom!!  Without that I'll just continue my bad cycle.

Good luck - I think by the end of your W30, you really will have fewer cravings and more self control or at least awareness. I was amazed!  :)

Well I tried to reintroduce my creamer and let's just say that was a NO GO!!!  Apparently that's on my list of things NOT to have,  I purchased some Hazelnut nut pods and we'll see how that goes.  Don't feel bad I'm nervous about trying to add things while still doing whole30.  My body definitely knows what to have and not have.  I'm going to my daughters for Thanksgiving and am scared to death!  Soon as I told her I needed to go grocery shopping when I got there she was like "just tell me what you need I'll get it",  I told her I need to look at labels and ingredients dear daughter!  she was like ok mom.  In my travels on the net of google I found a pumpkin custard breakfast casserole that will be replacing my pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving!  Stay strong people I'm going to!

Congratulations! Very well done. I can quite understand the desire to stay away from the completely unnecessary sugars and the additives. I hope your second Whole 30 goes equally well.

It is Day 23 for me and I feel like I have learned a lot so far, although I am getting nervous that I might make a mistake so close to the end and send myself back to the beginning. It is certainly a very interesting journey with food and I hope it will keep me food conscious forever. Certainly just sticking to the fresh produce aisles has made for quicker shopping trips.

Today is Day 1 of my second round of Whole 30! I am down only 6 pounds, but feel amazing, and didn't think I would ever make it this far, and to think I am down to do another 30 days is unbelievable to me. I am not interested in introducing any food yet, But am also challenged by the late afternoon snack, I feel like I need a little pick me up at that point.
