krisfrogten Posted October 17, 2016 Share Posted October 17, 2016 So I'm on day 11! WooHoo! Feeling great and am excited to have removed all of those nasty chemicals and such from my eating plan. I have watched my carbs for years as a pre-diabetic, but have found that I can finally eat bananas and apples again on this plan without raising my blood sugars! Super stoked about that!
