So I'm on day 11!  WooHoo!  Feeling great and am excited to have removed all of those nasty chemicals and such from my eating plan.  I have watched my carbs for years as a pre-diabetic, but have found that I can finally eat bananas and apples again on this plan without raising my blood sugars!  Super stoked about that!  

I love reading everyone's stories and where they are right now, and hope that I can also encourage others on their journey. :)
