I've been doing well and feeling really good about it but here we go: Day 9 Meal 1: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, 1 roasted red pepper, Espresso w/ Coconut Milk *This was a fast/on the go breakfast... I'm not proud of it Meal 2: Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Steak/Tomato/Hearts of Palm Salad (olive oil on everything) Meal 3: Pan seared boneless/skinless chicken thighs, sauteed Kale, roasted carrots 132 OZ water throughout day Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
