AlaskaCasey Posted October 20, 2016 Share Posted October 20, 2016 Hi everybody! My name is Casey and I'm excited to find this forum! I'm on Day 4 of my first Whole30 and feeling great. I was so sick before I got on-plan that I'm not even craving any non-compliant foods. I love that guacamole is on-plan because I find avocados make everything taste better. So far my biggest success factor has been the amount of planning I put into the week. I created a detailed schedule with every recipe I plan to make in one Google doc. My husband has been very supportive and has helped me prep dinners, which is huge since I don't get home until 6:30 or 7 every night. I'm really nervous because we are going to visit my in-laws in Minnesota at the end of the month and I'm not sure how I am going to handle meals while on vacation and not being in my own kitchen. Plus, Minnesota isn't known for its farm to table restaurants. Does anybody have any advice for when they travel to visit family? Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
