How Much Fat?

Hi! I'm on day 3 of my first Whole30 and realizing I don't really understand the fat part of the food template. The template lists the amounts for a variety of different kinds of fat, but we aren't supposed to eat them all at every meal, right? Can someone help me understand.

Pick one or two at each meal, not all of them. If at some meals, you end up with a little more because it just sounds good (for instance, you want olives and avocado and ranch dressing on a salad), that's fine. You're unlikely to overeat fats if you're having them in the context of full meals along with lots of vegetables and protein.
