jrf
Hi! I'm on day 3 of my first Whole30 and realizing I don't really understand the fat part of the food template. The template lists the amounts for a variety of different kinds of fat, but we aren't supposed to eat them all at every meal, right? Can someone help me understand. Thanks! Moderators ShannonM816 Posted October 21, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 21, 2016 Pick one or two at each meal, not all of them. If at some meals, you end up with a little more because it just sounds good (for instance, you want olives and avocado and ranch dressing on a salad), that's fine. You're unlikely to overeat fats if you're having them in the context of full meals along with lots of vegetables and protein.
