thisiswater
I could be wrong, but isn't ghee clarified butter? Thanks in advance for your answers!
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted October 21, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 21, 2016 Clarifying removes the milk solids (dairy) and leaves only the fat. The solids are what potentially causes inflammation and reactions altho if you are very sensitive to dairy in general, ghee might not be the best choice as those with severe sensitivities can experience reactions. Karen_Suep
I get the organic farms (I think?) one at natural grocers. TJ's has some too but I haven ventured into trying it. You can also easily make your own
