Hi. I read It Starts with Food and prepped food Sunday. My husband and I are both doing this. We are on Day 3 because he forgot and had a drink with a friend original Day 2, and we are staying on same day together. He is a dark chocolate fanatic and really irritable. He's been wanting to get off sugar for a while. Our daughter is 15 and eating what we are having for breakfast and dinner and then has lunch (not Whole30) at school. She has reported awful gas. Maybe all those vegetables. I feel pretty normal. We are already pretty good eaters - no gluten and I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but I am really piling on the vegetables now.

I am on p. 21 of the Whole30, so I am here! I have been using back if other book for meal ideas.

Today is the end of Day 4 for us!  Yay! I am a pretty good cook, and I cook at home almost all nights so the meal prep hasn't been that hard, but he is a snacker and normally won't eat till 2:30 - 4 in the afternoon and then kind of snacks until he goes to sleep.  I was ready to shove some chocolate in his mouth last night, but he woke up starving this morning so that was good.  I made a really good meatball and kale soup this week.  Have you had any good recipe finds?  This is our first time to do this.  Have you done it before?  We are normal weight, healthy, but have allergies, asthma and migraines.  I would like to have more energy and would love to drop about 10 pounds.
