jillian Posted May 9, 2012 Share Posted May 9, 2012 shred 3 carrots slice 5 radishes mince a generous handful of parsley dice 2 celery stalks shred 2 salmon filets @ 1lb or a little shy of 1lb (previously baked) dressing: @ 2-3 Tbs of mustard @ 2-3 Tbs of balsamic vinegar @ 1/2c of evoo salt & pepper dill weed (if you have it) celery seed (if you have it) whisk your dressing together and mix with the veggies and salmon. tasty and colorful!
