donette_cobb Posted October 23, 2016 Share Posted October 23, 2016 bought the books and have read them. would like to follow the 7 day meal plan precisely since I need the structure and ABHOR cooking. Hate it with every fiber of my being...so I think I need the first week expressly spelled out to me if I am to have any success. The bottom of the page says I can download a shopping list for the 7 day meal plan, but I don't see a list that is specific to that meal plan. Am I missing it? Susanjupdike Posted February 13, 2018 Share Posted February 13, 2018 This is our third time with Whole 30. I didn’t like to cook just did it out of necessity. Had a family to feed. Baking was my thing. But now I enjoy cooking. I have a Insta pot and love it. Brisket is great in slow cooker/insta pot. It cooks frozen food. YEAH.
